Section 34(1)

The appropriate agency must make accessible to the public at its principal office— the results of the work required by regulation 5 (characterisation of river basin districts); maps showing bodies of water identified under regulation 8 (bodies of water used for the abstraction of drinking water); the registers prepared under regulation 10 (register of protected areas); the results of the monitoring programmes established under regulation 11 (monitoring); the environmental objectives and programmes of measures proposed or approved under regulation 12 (environmental objectives and programmes of measures); any supplementary plan prepared under regulation 32 (supplementary plans).
