Section 36(3)

The Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

Article 11 of the Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012 (directions to the Natural Resources Body for Wales) has effect as if the power in paragraph (3) of that Order to give directions included a power for the appropriate authority to give directions to any public body for the purposes of giving effect to these Regulations or any other assimilated law which implemented the WFD.
