Section 16(1A)

The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

A person who is minded to make an EIA application under section 293B or 293D of the Act may, notwithstanding regulation 15, ask the Secretary of State to make a direction as to the information to be provided in the environmental statement (a “Crown development scoping direction”).
