Section 17(5)

The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

A planning authority or other body which receives a request for information under paragraph (4) must treat it as a request for information under regulation 5(1) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (duty to make available environmental information on request).
