Section 20(10)

The requirement in paragraph (2) to publish a notice in a local newspaper and the requirement in paragraph (6)(a) do not apply to the Isles of Scilly and, in relation to the Isles of Scilly, the reference in paragraph (8) to paragraph (6) must be construed as a reference to paragraph (6)(b).
