Section 20(5)

The notice mentioned in paragraph (4) must— be left in position for not less than 7 days in the 28 days immediately preceding the date of the submission of the statement; and be affixed firmly to some object on the land and sited and displayed in such a way as to be easily visible to, and readable by, members of the public without going on to the land.
