The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

The relevant planning authority or, in the case of an application made under section 293B or 293D of the Act, the Secretary of State, must make the environmental statement available for inspection on a website maintained by or on behalf of the authority or, as the case may be, the Secretary of State.
