Section 30(2)

The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

Where an EIA application or appeal is determined by the Secretary of State or an inspector, the Secretary of State must— notify the relevant planning authority of the decision; and provide the authority with such a statement as is mentioned in paragraph (1)(d).
