Section 33(3)

In regulation 5— for paragraph (2)(a), substitute— the submission by a qualifying body in relation to that development of a statement referred to by the qualifying body as an environmental statement for the purposes of these Regulations; or in paragraph (4)(a) for “applicant” substitute “ qualifying body ”; and in paragraph (5)(c), for “person” substitute “ qualifying body ”.
