Section 33B(1)

in regulation 58— in paragraph (1), for sub-paragraph (a) substitute— it comes to the attention of the Secretary of State that EIA development proposed to be carried out in England for which an EIA permission is proposed to be granted is likely to have significant effects on the environment in another EEA state; or in paragraphs (3) and (6) for “application” substitute “proposed EIA permission”.
