Section 37(2)

The local planning authority must adopt the screening opinion mentioned in paragraph (1)(b) within— three weeks beginning with the date on which it obtained the information mentioned in paragraph (1)(a); or such longer period not exceeding 90 days beginning with the date on which it obtained the information mentioned in paragraph (1)(a) as may be reasonably required.
