Section 45(1)

The relevant planning authority must make available for public inspection at all reasonable hours at the place where the appropriate register (or relevant part of that register) is kept a copy of— and copies of those documents must remain so available for a period of 2 years or until they are entered in Part 2 of the register in accordance with paragraph (2), whichever is the sooner. every regulation 37 notice given by the authority; every notice received by the authority under regulation 41(d); and every statement and all further information received by the authority under regulation 42(a);
