Section 45(3)

The provisions of regulation 30(2) and(3) apply to a grant of planning permission under section 177 of the Act (Grant or modification of planning permission on appeals against enforcement notices) as they apply to an application for and grant of planning permission under Part 3 of the Act (Control over development).
