Section 5(1)

The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

Subject to paragraph (3) and regulation 63, the occurrence of an event mentioned in paragraph (2) shall determine for the purpose of these Regulations that development is EIA development.
