Section 70

These Regulations shall apply to the Crown with the following modifications. In regulation 13 (application referred to the Secretary of State without an environmental statement)— in paragraph (1)— before “referred” insert “ made or ”; and before “referral” insert “ making or the ”; and in paragraph (3), for “application referred” substitute “ application made or referred ”.
