Section 72(5)

In article 33(1)— in sub-paragraph (a), after “21 days” insert “ , or in the case of an EIA application accompanied by an environmental statement 30 days, ”; and in sub-paragraph (c), after “14 days” insert “ , or in the case of an EIA application accompanied by an environmental statement 30 days, ”.
