In paragraph (10)— for “the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2011” substitute “ the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 ”; and in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) after each reference to “EIA development” insert “ within the meaning of those Regulations ”.
