Schedule 6A, paragraph 11

The NCA is not required to comply with the duty to give consent to the dissemination of information to a foreign competent authority under paragraph 7 if and to the extent that the NCA considers that the giving of such consent could— prejudice an investigation, whether into a criminal cause or matter or in relation to any investigation referred to in section 341 (investigations) of the 2002 Act or to which Schedule 5A (terrorist financing investigations) to the 2000 Act applies; or be contrary to national law.
