Schedule 6B, paragraph 2(9)

A person guilty of an offence under subsection (4) is liable— on summary conviction— in England and Wales, to a fine; in Scotland and Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding the statutory minimum; on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or a fine, or both.
