The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) to (3) or (5) to (7) is liable— on summary conviction— in England and Wales, to a fine; in Scotland and Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding the statutory minimum; on conviction on indictment, to a fine.
