In the Schedule (description of persons and matters) to the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999 — in the entry relating to Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs, in column 2, for “regulation 23(1)(d)(vii) of the Money Laundering Regulations 2007” substitute “ regulation 7(1)(c)(vii) of the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 ”; in the appropriate place, insert the following entry— Matters relating to compliance with— the Terrorism Act 2000; the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002; or the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017
