The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

In paragraph (2), “expenses” includes expenses incurred by a local weights and measures authority or the Department for the Economy pursuant to arrangements made for the purposes of these Regulations with the FCA or with the Commissioners— by or on behalf of the authority; or by the Department for the Economy.
