Section 110(2)

The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

The old money laundering regulations and the old transfer of funds regulations shall continue to have effect where the conduct constituting a contravention of one of those Regulations, or an offence under one of those Regulations began before the date on which these Regulations come into force.
