Section 14(2)

A payment does not cease to be a “payment in cash” for the purposes of paragraph (1)(a) if cash is paid by or on behalf of the person making the payment— to a person other than the other party to the transaction for the benefit of the other party, or into a bank account for the benefit of the other party to the transaction.
