Section 21(4)
The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom
A relevant person must, within 14 days of the appointment, inform its supervisory authority of— the identity of the individual first appointed under paragraph (1)(a); the identity of the individual first appointed under paragraph (3); and of any subsequent appointment to either of those positions.
