Section 25(2)

If the supervisory authority does not consider the measures referred to in paragraph (1) to be sufficient, it must consider whether to direct the relevant parent undertaking— not to enter into a business relationship with a specified person; not to undertake transactions of a specified description with a specified person; to terminate an existing business relationship with a specified person; to cease any operations in the third country. to ensure that its subsidiary undertaking— does not enter into a business relationship with a specified person; terminates an existing business relationship with a specified person; or does not undertake transactions of a specified description with a specified person, or ceases any operations in the third country.
