The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom
The relevant person must be able to demonstrate to its supervisory authority that the extent of the measures it has taken to satisfy its requirements under this regulation are appropriate in view of the risks of money laundering and terrorist financing, including risks— identified by the risk assessment carried out by the relevant person under regulation 18(1); identified by its supervisory authority and in information made available to the relevant person under regulations 17(9) and 47.
