Section 43(3)

The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

Paragraph (1)(a)(vi) does not apply if no person qualifies as a beneficial owner (within the meaning of regulation 5(1)) of— the UK body corporate; or any body corporate which is directly or indirectly the owner of that UK body corporate.
