Section 45(13)

The Commissioners may make arrangements to ensure that the NCA are able to use information on the register to respond promptly to a request for information about the persons referred to in regulation 44(2)(b) and (5)(b) , paragraphs (10E) to (10G) and regulation 45ZA(3) and (4) made by— an authority responsible for functionsequivalent to those provided for in these Regulations in a third country, or a financial intelligence unit of a third country.
