The Commissioners must make available to a trustee, on a request by that trustee, such information as the trustee reasonably requires in order to enable a relevant person to meet the relevant person’s obligations under Part 3, where that relevant person proposes to— form a business relationship with the trust; or enter into a transaction with the trust in relation to which the relevant person is required to apply customer due diligence measures under regulation 27.
