Section 57(1)

The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

A person applying for registration in a register maintained under regulation 54 or 55 (“an applicant”) must make an application in such manner and provide such information as the registering authority may specify.
