Section 60(8)

Where the FCA is minded to suspend or cancel a person's registration it must give that person notice— that it is so minded; if appropriate, the proposed period of the suspension; the reasons for being so minded; and the right to make representations to it within the period specified in the notice (which must not be less than 28 days).
