Section 65(3)

The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

For the purposes of this Part, a person is connected to a relevant person or a payment service provider (“a connected person”) if that person is a person listed in Schedule 5 in relation to the relevant person or payment service provider.
