A supervisory authority may, by notice in writing to a person (“P”) who is (or was at any time) a relevant person, a payment service provider or a connected person, require P to— provide specified information, or information of a specified description; produce specified documents, or documents of a specified description; or attend before an officer of the supervisory authority (or of a supervisory authority which is acting on behalf of that authority) at a time and place specified in the notice and answer questions.
