Section 66(8)

The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

If a supervisory authority has power under this regulation to require a person to produce a document but it appears that the document is in the possession of a third person, that power may be exercised by the supervisory authority in relation to the third person.
