The supervisory authority may decide not to exercise its powers under regulation 66 unless the foreign authority undertakes— to make such contribution towards the cost of doing so as the supervisory authority considers appropriate; and to comply with such conditions in relation to the information and documents as the supervisory authority considers appropriate.
