Section 68(3)

The information or documents provided to the supervisory authority pursuant to a request under paragraph (2) must only be used— for the purpose for which it was provided; or for the purposes of proceedings arising as a result of contravention of a relevant requirement in these Regulations, or proceedings arising out of such proceedings.
