Section 80(3)

If, on the application of a designated supervisory authority, the court is satisfied that any person may have— the court may make an order restraining (or in Scotland an interdict prohibiting) that person from disposing or otherwise dealing with any assets belonging to that person which it is satisfied that that person is reasonably likely to dispose of or otherwise deal with. contravened a relevant requirement; or been knowingly concerned in the contravention of a relevant requirement,
