Section 81(13)

Section 388 of FSMA has effect for the purposes of paragraph (12) as if— in subsection (1)(e)(i) for “this Act” there were substituted “ regulation 93(1) of the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 ”, and subsections (1A) and (2) were omitted.
