The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

Where the FCA publishes information under paragraph (2) or (4) about a matter to which a decision notice relates and the person to whom the notice is given refers the matter to the Upper Tribunal (see regulation 93), the FCA must, without undue delay, publish on its official website information about the status of the appeal and its outcome.
