Section 85(5)

Where paragraph (4) applies, the Commissioners must— defer the publication of the information about a matter to which a notice under regulation 83 relates until such time as paragraph (4) ceases to apply; or publish the information on an anonymous basis if publication on that basis would ensure the effective protection of any anonymised personal data in the information.
