Schedule 1, Part 4, paragraph 19(1)

Part 11 of the Act (information gathering and investigations) applies with respect to the discharge by the regulators of their functions under these Regulations and with respect to Article 28 of the markets in financial instruments regulation as it applies with respect to the discharge by the regulators of their functions under the Act, with the following modifications.
