Schedule 1, Part 4, paragraph 19(13)

Section 174 of the Act (admissibility of statements made to investigators) applies as if— in subsection (2) “or in proceedings in relation to action to be taken against that person under section 123 to which this section applies” were omitted; in subsection (3)(a) for “398” substitute “ paragraph 16 of Schedule 1 to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2017 ”; subsection (3A) were omitted; in subsection (4) the words from “or (5),” to the end were omitted.
