Section 166A of the Act (appointment of skilled person to collect and update information) applies as if— for subsection (1) there were substituted— This section applies if either regulator considers that a person has contravened a requirement imposed by or under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2017 to collect, and keep up to date, information of a description specified in those Regulations. subsection (10) were omitted.
