Schedule 1, Part 4, paragraph 22(6)

Section 391 of the Act (publication) applies as if— in subsection (1) the reference to a warning notice falling within subsection (1ZB) were to a warning notice given under paragraph 12; in subsection (1ZA) the reference to a warning notice not falling within subsection (1ZB) were to a warning notice given under the Act as applied by these Regulations; subsection (1ZB) were omitted; in subsection (4A) the reference to sections 391A, 391B and 391C were omitted; subsections (5A), (8A), (8B) and (8C) were omitted; for subsection (11) there were substituted— Section 425A (meaning of “consumers”) applies for the purposes of this section as if subsection (2)(c) were omitted.
