Schedule 1, Part 4, paragraph 22(8)

Section 392 of the Act (application of sections 393 and 394) applies as if for paragraphs (a) and (b) there were substituted— a warning notice given in accordance with paragraph 12 of Schedule 1 to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2017 or section 385 as applied by those Regulations; a decision notice given in accordance with paragraph 13 of Schedule 1 to those Regulations or section 386 as applied by those Regulations.
