Schedule 1, Part 4, paragraph 26(3)

Paragraph 28 applies as if references to the PRA's enforcement powers included— its powers under Part 5 of these Regulations and under Part 25 of the Act as applied by these Regulations; its powers in relation to the investigation of offences under these Regulations or under the Act as applied by these Regulations; its powers in England and Wales or Northern Ireland in relation to the prosecution of offences under those Regulations or under the Act as applied by those Regulations.
