Schedule 2, paragraph 13(3)

In subsection (2)— in the opening words for “either or both” substitute “ one or more ”; and after paragraph (b) insert— a temporary prohibition on the individual making a bid, on his or her own account or the account of a third party, directly or indirectly, at an auction conducted by a recognised auction platform.
