Schedule 2, paragraph 16(2)

In subsection (7), in the definition of “temporary prohibition”— at the end of paragraph (a) omit “or”; after paragraph (b) insert— ; or making a bid, on his or her own account or the account of a third party, directly or indirectly, at an auction conducted by a recognised auction platform.
