Schedule 2, paragraph 21(3)

In subsection (2), insert— at the end of paragraph (a) omit “or”; after paragraph (a) insert— by or under any provision of the markets in financial instruments regulation; or in paragraph (b)— for “Community” substitute “ EU ”; and after “directive” insert “ or the markets in financial instruments regulation ”.
